Objects with an existential crisis
“An existential crisis” means its presence is indefinable.
This product is designed by Patrick Chia. The tree-stump-shaped object has several functions. One
is a presence as a small table. Another is as a small stool, when the three legs are facing upwards,
though rather unstably. The last one is a presence as an object that does nothing. The product name,
Objects with an existential crisis, comes from such ways of presence. It can be said that this object
represents Patrick Chia’s idea of design.
